Are you capturing all your communications?

We all rely on email and phone calls as our day-to-day communications. Most of the time they go un-documented when it comes to customer relations. This can hold you back later on when you need to recall that information. This is where Customer Relationship Management (CRM) comes in to help.
CRM software packages are great for handling all those phone calls, emails, calendar events, scheduling, documents, etc. One piece of software that I do consulting for is ACT! by Sage Software. It’s a great piece of software with a lot of add-ons available that will let you leverage a lot of other services and let you customize it to fit your business needs.
